POSITION: CRM Marketing Coordinator
REPORTING TO: Head of Growth Marketing
Purpose of position
To support Nomadi AI consulting by ensuring consistent timely communication flow and co-ordination of activities, events and customer information.
Typical activities will include CRM database integration, direct mail, landing page, creating sales documents and proposals, generating reports related to sales activities and revenue data, as well as handling and prioritising customer requests on behalf of the sales management team.
Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
Provide administration support to the Head of Growth & Marketing and Founders.
Maintain and coordinate information within CRM Database.
Ensure clean, accurate and up to date data within Hubspot at all times.
Develop insights into our the Head and Founders activities using reports and information.
Contained within CRM to assist in improving efficiencies for the Head and founders.
Prepare sales presentation, documentation and marketing and sales reports as directed.
Generate, coordinate and disseminate sales leads to the sales team via CRM.
Coordination and management of sales events, programs and documentation.
Coordinate travel and manage minutes at meetings where required.
Participate in events and functions.
Additional Responsibilities
To represent the company in a professional manner at all times;
Take ownership of issues and problems until resolved;
Act at all times in accordance with Occupational Health & Safety policy, procedures and standards;
Behave honestly and ethically at all times and in compliance with relevant company policies;Be punctual and reliable in carrying out your duties.
Qualifications / Experience
1-2 years’ experience in using customer relationship management software or databases in particular Marketo & Hubspot.
Demonstrated ability to use advanced Excel functions.
Demonstrated ability to problem-solve and work through problems to achieve the desired result.
Proven ability to build and manage credible internal and external working relationships.
Pay: $65,000.00 per year
