Konark Events is a leading wedding and event decor company known for designing timeless experiences. We’re looking for a dynamic CRM Executive to handle client relationships, sales, hotel coordination, and digital Marketing.
Job Summary:
A dynamic, multi-faceted role responsible for managing customer relationships (CRM), driving event sales, negotiating and maintaining strategic partnerships with hoteliers, and executing digital marketing initiatives. The candidate will be a bridge between clients, partners, and marketing channels, ensuring smooth operations, high client satisfaction, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. CRM & Event Sales:
• Manage end-to-end client engagement lifecycle using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
• Respond to event inquiries, qualify leads, and convert them into confirmed bookings.
• Maintain a robust pipeline of prospects and follow up regularly to close deals.
• Customize event proposals based on client requirements and budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams (logistics, design, catering) to ensure flawless event execution.
2. Hotelier Negotiation & Relationship Management:
• Establish and nurture long-term relationships with hotel partners and venue providers.
• Negotiate favorable terms, room rates, and event packages with hotels.
• Ensure partner satisfaction and resolve issues or complaints promptly.
• Maintain a database of preferred hotels and venues with updated pricing and availability.
• Conduct periodic business reviews with hotel partners to improve collaboration.
3. Digital Marketing:
• Plan and execute digital campaigns (SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing) to generate event leads.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI.
• Create engaging content for websites, social platforms, and email newsletters.
• Use marketing automation tools to segment audiences and personalize campaigns.
• Monitor industry trends and adapt digital strategies accordingly.

Skills & Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Hospitality, Business, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in event sales, hotel partnerships, and digital marketing.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in CRM systems and digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Mailchimp, etc.).
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of event operations and hospitality standards.
