Job Location - Hyderabad
Role - Head Office CRM executive
Qualification - Graduation with experience in civil engineering preferred.
Age - Max. 32 Years
CTC - Up to 4.8 LPA (Based on their previous exp.)
Interview - 2 rounds of Physical Interviews will be conducted for the role
Exp. - 1- 3 Years
Note:
We are looking for candidates primarily from Real Estate Industry, Banking, Hospitality and other service sector.
Job-description -
Initiate post-sale process with customers including welcome call and mail, walk-through of purchased flat’s details, payment schedule, cashback timelines, etc.
Collect documents necessary for home loan and agreement processing from customers and build and maintain the customer profile on Salesforce CRM.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for timely sanctioning and disbursal of home loans and subsequent milestone related payments.
Ensure timely collection of revenue by sending demand letters, reminders and cancellation letters as per company policy.
Work closely with the accounts department to identify incoming payments and record them on Salesforce platform
Ensure prompt responses to customers’ issues and undertake steps to adequately resolve them in a timely manner.
Communicate with customers about project progress, possession timeline, post-delivery guidelines.
Explain the pre and post-sale products and services to customers and convince customers on deliverables and timelines.
Coordinate with on-site CRM personnel to ensure delivery of flats on schedule as per company standards.
Assist customers in flat shifting, loan top-up, modification processes and documentation such as no-dues, possession letter, etc.
Maintain composure and patiently engage aggressive and provocative customers.
Interact closely with individual customers to build and maintain warm relations between the company and customers throughout the customer lifecycle.
Report to the General Manager on grievance redressal parameters, escalating issues requiring immediate attention of management, affecting safety and comfort of customers and/or company reputation.
Assist the General Manager in planning and implementing customer service strategies, initiatives and standards.
Requirements:
Post-graduate/Graduate with 2+ years' experience in real estate, banking, hospitality and other service sectors preferred.
Candidate must be fluent in English, Telugu and Hindi and must be able to able to manage email and verbal correspondence in English professionally.
Basic knowledge of MS Word and Excel is required.
