Job Description
· Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
· Post-dispatch of products from delivery to customer review, taking utmost care of the customer experience at each step.
· Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
· Update our internal databases with information about any specific query, concern, or feedback from our customers.
· Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance.
· Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
· Inform customers about new products.
· Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved.
· Gather customer feedback and share with our Product, Sales and Marketing teams.
· Making the customer have the best experience with the brand is the ultimate target.
Desired Candidate Profile:
· Any Bachelors Degree.
· Minimum of 2 years experience within the customer service industry.
· Should have worked on CRM.
· Freshers with good communication skills and knowledge of the fashion industry can apply.
· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
· Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills.
· Proficient in all Microsoft Applications.
· Ability to ask prying questions and diffuse tense situations.
· Strong time management and decision-making skills.
· Ability to deal with demanding customers and escalations.
· Able to perform under pressure.
· A team player.
· Female candidates preferred.
