Job Description / Responsibilities
• Be the primary point of contact and build long-term relationships with customers and solve customer issues.
• Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and answer customer queries.
• Must typically work in an office-based environment, although sometimes travel may be required, and usually work regular business hours, depending on the companies requirement.
• Co-ordinate with the clients for sales invoice, maintenance bills & follow-up regarding the same.
• They also serve as the main point of contact for all account related matters and queries.
• Resolving customer complaints brought to your attention.
• Responding to complaints from customers and give after-sales support when requested.
• Store and sort financial and non-financial data in electronic form and present reports
• Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems.
• This involves working closely with the client to determine what it is they’re looking for and how best the company can deliver that to meet their expectations.
• Should have excellent customer service skills, as a large proportion of their job is dealing with their client base and providing a great service to them.

• Effective communication skills
• Fluency in Marathi, Hindi, English, Gujarati will be added advantage
• Good Negotiation & Convincing skills
