We are urgently looking for Financial Product - CRM & Inbound Call services location based at New Delhi
Job Responsibilities
• Attending inbounds calls
• should have knowledge of all financial Product i.e. Fixed Deposit, Mutual funds, Bonds etc
• Expanding the customer base by up selling & cross selling of product
• Resolving customer complaint quickly & efficiently
• Keeping the customer updated on the latest product in order to increase sales
• Query Handling & Problem solving
• Will involve in converting inbound calls into sales
Education Qualification: Graduate or Above
Requirement:
• Minimum 3 year of experiences require.
• Excellent interpersonal & Communication skill.
• Maintain a positive attitude focused on customer satisfaction.
• Its doesn't require hard core marketing & Sales
• Proficiency in English is must
Salary: upto 4 LPA
Experience – 3- 5 yrs.
Job Type: Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
Schedule:
• Day shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
• New Delhi, Delhi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
Experience:
• 10 key typing: 1 year (Preferred)
