About The Internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
• Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy to optimize customer engagement and retention
• Oversee product listings across multiple online platforms, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information, attractive product descriptions, and high-quality images
• Monitor and respond to customer feedback and inquiries across various channels, including social media, email, and review platforms, with a strong focus on providing excellent customer service
• Track and analyze customer reviews to identify trends and areas of improvement, leveraging insights to enhance the brand's reputation
• Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure the CRM strategy aligns with overall business goals and supports promotional activities
• Provide training and support to internal teams on CRM and third-party app management, ensuring smooth adoption and utilization of tools
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with brand guidelines across all CRM communications and listings
