Introduction
The role will focus on the Surveillance program for Global Markets in accordance with relevant regulatory and legal requirements, firm policies and industry best practices. The individual will work closely with the respective teams in EME, APAC and Americas that cover Surveillance activities.
What will you be doing?
• Conducting daily analysis of automated trade surveillance alerts for global markets
• Identify and escalate potential breaches of regulatory rules and Barclays’ policies
• Active involvement in enhancing current alerts and exception reports and supporting the development of new surveillance tools, reports and procedures
What skill we required?
• Good communication skills, ability to interact and work with key stakeholders
• Ability to quickly understand and interchange with a variety of other product and technical areas
• Strong understanding of core EME Markets and respective regulations
• Strong Surveillance or Compliance experience in a financial services environment or Regulator (1-3 years relevant experience)
