Job Description
• Minimum 2-4 years experience in working handling Production Support environment support and good CRM/CRMNEXT/Salesforce process experience / knowledge
• Good communication skills. Ability to multi-task and work towards tight deadlines
• Event Management and Incident Management skills
• Responsible for bringing in process improvement, team optimization and also responsible for providing regular status updates (including performance report) to all the stake holders
• Team player who is ready to take on issues and problems and manage them single handedly if need be.
• Able to do the basic Severity Assessments for any production related issues
• Sense of urgency when handling production issues impacting business users/clients
• Good production support skills. Should efficiently handle the team and should have expertise to handle end users.
• Support the application in production, attend to requests/issues received via email or phone call from the Branch Users on a priority basis
• Tracking, reporting and building up of knowledge base for various types of incidents.
• Tracking and checking for pending issue status and taking an action accordingly
• Attend each mail received from branch Users and revert with functional or technical resolution
• Handling support of production systems with the ability to communicate/interact with branch Users or Vendor and quick trouble shooting.
• Triage and direct issues to appropriate stakeholders when needed
• Test in Pre-prod and deploy fixes into production. Resolve production related issues.
• Debugging and provide root cause analysis for the issues reported.
• Ready to work in shifts
• Need to work from location Jaipur only (No Work from Home)
Technical Skills
• Hands on experience in development applications built on .NET MVC ,SQL,XSLT,Web Api,
• Debugging skills using the production error logs
• Experience in writing Stored Procs/functions, SQL Scripts
• Understanding of SQL server performance tuning, usage of profiler /database tuning tools
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Quick troubleshooting skills.
• Write SQL queries for providing relevant data extracts.
Qualifications : B-Tech/M.Tech/MCA/BCA
