Lead - CRM Production Support
Education Qualification – Any Technical Graduate Like BCA, BE, B Tech and MCA
Work Location – Jaipur
Minimum 5+ years’ experience in handling Production Support environment and good CRM/CRMNEXT experience
• Event Management and Incident Management skills
• Responsible for bringing in process improvement, team optimization and also responsible for providing regular status updates (performance report) to all the stake holders
• Hands on experience in development applications built on .NET ,React.js, SQL, XSLT, Web Api or WCF
• Debugging skills using the production error logs
• Experience in writing Stored Procs/functions, SQL Scripts
• Understanding of SQL server performance tuning, usage of profiler /database tuning tools
• Good Project Management skills. Should efficiently handle the team and should have expertise to handle end users
