Position: Customer Relationship Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:
Preparing & maintaining all internal Documents related to the property
Handling all frontend & backend Customer queries related to their allotted units
Involved in Pre & post-sales activities like porting, cancellation, refund, transfer of property etc
Reminding customers for payments on timely basis to earn revenue.
Issuing & Drafting Comfort Letter, Welcome Letter, Demand Letter etc.
Maintain MIS on daily basis
Dealing with Banks, file management, collection of payments, reminder on loan payment on timely basis.
Handling queries related to customer’s Bookings, Cancellation, Restoration, transfer of property, Possession etc.
Requirements:
Proficient in MS-Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent communication and soft skills
