Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for Pipedrive CRM users

• Set up and configure pipelines, stages, automation, and integrations

• Create dashboards, reports, and custom views as required by sales and marketing teams

• Maintain data hygiene and ensure accurate data entry and updates

• Act as a liaison between the sales, marketing, and tech teams to improve CRM usability

• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and escalate bugs when necessary

• Implement and test automation workflows, webhooks, and 3rd-party integrations

• Ensure compliance with data privacy and protection guidelines

Requirements

• Proven experience (6+ months) in CRM administration or support

• Strong understanding of sales pipelines, CRM workflows, and automation

• Knowledge of CRM integrations with tools like Gmail, Slack, Zapier, and other SaaS platforms

• Good analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication skills for supporting internal users and clients

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Basic understanding of APIs and webhooks is a plus

• Experience working in a digital marketing or SaaS company is preferred
