Role Description
We are looking for a CRM & Database Manager to lead the planning, implementation, and ongoing management of our new CRM system — a critical function at the intersection of marketing, sales, and operations.
This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is both a system thinker and a doer, comfortable designing workflows, handling large volumes of data, and ensuring that real-time marketing data can flow seamlessly into the CRM to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
• CRM Implementation & Project Management
• Lead end-to-end implementation of a new CRM system
• Evaluate, select, and onboard CRM software suited to business needs
• Define user roles, data access, integrations, and automation strategies
• Workflow Design & Data Architecture
• Build and maintain workflows to manage marketing and sales data
• Create systems for real-time entry and updating of marketing data
• Establish strong governance protocols for data quality and consistency
• Database Management & Optimization
• Design and manage structured marketing databases (potentially millions of records)
• Monitor system performance, data hygiene, and compliance
• Work closely with marketing teams to enrich and segment data sets
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
• Act as the bridge between tech, marketing, and sales teams
• Translate marketing data requirements into technical CRM features
• Train internal users and document SOPs for CRM/database operations
Requirements:
• Proven experience with CRM implementation and management
• Strong understanding of database architecture and data flow design
• Experience in B2B marketing or sales data environments preferred
• Hands-on skills in tools like Zapier, Google Sheets, APIs, and automation platforms
• Familiarity with real-time data syncing, integrations, and ETL processes
• Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
