We are looking for an experienced and dynamic CRM Team Leader with strong knowledge of the logistics and e-commerce industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the CRM team, improving customer experience, and driving customer engagement and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage the CRM team to achieve performance targets
• Develop and implement CRM strategies to improve customer retention and satisfaction
• Analyze customer data and generate actionable insights
• Coordinate with logistics, operations, and e-commerce teams to ensure seamless customer experience
• Monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports
• Handle escalations and ensure timely resolution of customer issues
• Optimize CRM tools and processes for better efficiency
Requirements:
• 4–6 years of experience in CRM, preferably in logistics or e-commerce industry
• Prior team handling experience is mandatory
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in CRM software and MS Excel
