Responsibilities
• Develop a client-centric mindset within retail teams, championing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Analyze customer data, derive actionable insights, and recommend improvements to CRM strategies.
• Prepare and monitor monthly KPI reports, ensuring progress towards targets.
• Provide support to enhance client development KPIs and coach store key appointment holders.
• Implement streamlined processes and tools to support sales associates and simplify store operations.
• Generate targeted client lists using precise targeting models.
• Measure effectiveness of clienteling activities and in-store events.
• Share client insights to support the country's strategic vision and identify business opportunities.
• Monitor market changes, competition, and propose strategic actions.
• Identify potential clients for clienteling actions/events.
• Manage and enhance CRM database, provide regular reports on client insights.
• Collaborate with regional and HQ teams to improve CRM systems and digital tools.
• Lead CRM projects, execute client experiences and loyalty programs.
• Conduct meetings with stores for guidelines implementation and special occasion gifts.
• Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Support CRM training and launch client journey training.
• Manage loyalty budgets, track ROI.
• Serve as local point of reference for customer surveys and Mystery Shopper Scoring.
• Maintain compliance with local data privacy laws and marketing regulations.
Requirements
• Proven experience in CRM program development and implementation.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to derive actionable insights from customer data.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and digital tools.
• Understanding of customer journey mapping and segmentation.
• Familiarity with loyalty programs and clienteling activities.
• Strong organizational and project management abilities.
