The Role
You will be responsible for the servicing our clients in the provision of customised and personal service pertaining to Orientation, preview visits, home search, school search & settling in programs.
This is a contractor position, where there are no set/guaranteed hours of work per week. The position would therefore be suitable to a person looking for part time employment.
Duties will include:
Review and analyse Customers requirements prior to program commencement, prepare a Program itinerary that is appropriate to lifestyle & budget
Provide accompanied tours & inspections as directed by the Customer
Provide assistance with lease negotiations, lease finalisation, property handover & utility connections (where required)
Provide Overview of residential suburbs, including public transport, medial, shopping, schools and community facilities
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must:
Driver license with good driving history
Have exceptional organisational and time management skills
Have advanced interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, as well as excellent presentation
Be proficient in computer- Outlook & Excel
As this is a contractor position you will need to have your own ABN, reliable & presentable motor vehicle, mobile phone, computer and personal liability insurance cover
Whilst previous experience in a similar role is highly regarded, your personal experience in relocating, a confident attitude and commitment to exceptional Customer Service across a culturally diverse client base will see you secure this role.
