Role Overview
We are currently seeking experienced Crowd Controllers and Security Guards to join our growing team for a range of events and hospitality venues across Perth. This role suits individuals who are confident, presentable, customer-focused, and capable of maintaining a safe and enjoyable environment for patrons and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Provide crowd control and patron safety at events, bars, pubs, clubs, and festivals
Perform ID checks, entry screening, and RSA monitoring
Diffuse and de-escalate potential incidents professionally
Maintain a strong presence and proactive approach to security
Report incidents, complete logbooks, and follow site procedures
Liaise with venue managers, event organisers, and patrons
Ensure compliance with liquor licensing and venue policies
Requirements
Current WA Security Officer & Crowd Controller License
Provide First Aid & CPR Certificate (HLTAID011)
RSA Certificate (WA)
Minimum 6 months crowd control or security experience
Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and observation skills
High level of personal presentation and professionalism
Availability for night shifts, weekends, and public events
Desirable (Not Essential)
Experience in high-profile events or licensed venues
K9 handling, NV1 clearance, or tech-savvy (e.g. CCTV use)
White Card or construction site clearance
Leadership or head doorman experience
