Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced, creative and highly skilled crypto gambling writer/editor. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of SEO and will excel in content writing and editing for accuracy, quality and engagement. A strong understanding of online gambling and cryptocurrency is highly desirable.
The Crypto Gambling Content Editor/Writer will take responsibility for writing and maintaining evergreen content in terms of content quality and on-page optimization. As well as briefing, editing and publishing new content submitted by freelance journalists and writers.
Responsibilities
• Creating quality gambling content relating to cryptocurrency and web3 that informs and entertains our readers
• Writing, editing and publishing a variety of content on our WordPress CMS to a high standard
• Editing and optimizing existing pages according to SEO guidelines
• Build content briefs across a range of topics and markets with thorough keyword and competitor analysis.
• Daily management of in-house or freelance writers, setting deadlines, giving feedback and setting tasks.
• Ad hoc editing tasks as required to support the success of our projects
• Collaborating with other members of the content team to ensure a steady flow of content
Requirements
• Ideally 2+ years of professional experience in content writing and editing.
• Strong research and analytical skills
• Good command of English and the ability to write in a clear and concise manner for a general audience
• Familiarity with Google Search Console, Ahrefs and other SEO tools
• A good understanding of SEO, and how to write for the web
• Experience working with WordPress CMS
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Comfortable working to tight deadlines and switching to priority tasks as required
