A candidate required to be handling end to end secretarial services and co-ordination with client and who can handle assignment of Audit, Compliance, Capital Market Handling, Corporate Social Responsibility, E-Filing, Bank Due diligence, Issue of shares in India and Abroad, Liaising with Govt. Authorities, Listing/Delisting of Securities, Preparation and Implementation of Board Policies, Scrutinizer, SEBI, Secretarial Role, Stock Exchange Compliances, Liquidation etc.
