Title: Customer Support Executive
Location: Malad West (10 minutes’ walk from station)
Timings – 10-7 ( 6 days working )
Key Responsibility Area:
· Explaining the parents about the Products.
· Clear doubts or queries raised.
· Make sure the child is responding positively to the products.
· Build Sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
· Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the rights methods.
· Keep records of customer interactions and process customer accounts.
· Ability to multi-tasks, prioritize and manage time effectively.
Qualifications:
ü Minimum Education – Graduation/HSC Passed
ü Good Listening Skills.
ü Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with parents on an emotional level.
ü Preferences given to candidate who can speak Tamil, Telugu, or Kannada effectively communicate with parents and create a more personalized experience.
ü Empathy and patience in handling sensitive situations and conversations.
