Technical skill summary
The Developer - CSM serves as the subject matter expert in ServiceNow CSM platform, Service portal, integrations, reporting, as well as a champion of best practices. The incumbent has extensive knowledge and experience with application development lifecycle, as well as strong technical troubleshooting skill and communication skill.
Job Functions
• Design, develop, and support ServiceNow CSM solutions, Service portal, reporting, etc.
• Design, develop, and support integration between ServiceNow CSM and other applications
• Provide consultation to customer users on technologies, data, and processes
Responsibilities
• Serve as a key team member in the ServiceNow CSM support team
• Support and enhance the ServiceNow CSM module
• Lead effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders
• Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions
• Manage break fixes, enhancement requests, projects, configuration, workflow management, release management, system outage, system maintenance, testing, etc.
• Remain current with industry trends to advise, advocate, and implement solutions
Qualifications Required
• Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Engineering
• At least 3+ years of experience in ServiceNow CSM support, implementation, and enhancements
• Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of ServiceNow CSM
• Excellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow CSM, Service portal, integration, and reporting
• Excellent knowledge and experience in Javascript, AngularJS, HTML/CSS, etc.
• Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
• Proven ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the stakeholders and as part of a team to accomplish tasks
• Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
• Excellent analytical and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
• Strong stakeholder relationship building skills
• Strong project management skills
