Responsibilities –
· Calling techniques on prospects and persuading a potential customer to enroll in a product or service.
· Explain products or services and answer questions from customers.
· Follow sales scripts and probe to better target.
· Build trust, value others, communicate effectively, drive execution, foster innovation, focus on the customer, collaborate with others, solve problems creatively and demonstrate high integrity.
Skills Required:
English communication, International BPO, International Call Centre, Voice process.
Candidate Attributes:
· Good verbal English communication skills.
· Mature and polite behaviour with customers.
· Good in customer interaction.
