Job Responsibilities :
Customer Service Representative (International BPO) will manage inbound and outbound calls.
Customer Service Representative must have excellent communication skills along with active listening.
Providing exceptional customer service experience to the customers.
Customer focused approach.
Ability to multi-task, set priorities and a self-starter.
