Job Description:
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive who is dedicated to delivering excellent customer service. If you enjoy solving problems, communicating clearly, and ensuring customer satisfaction—this could be your perfect role!
Key Responsibilities:
Manage customer interactions via email, chat, and phone
Share timely updates about orders, shipping, and returns
Coordinate with internal teams to solve customer issues
Keep clear records of conversations and resolutions
Handle complaints with calmness and professionalism
Ensure customer satisfaction through follow-ups and resolution
Escalate unresolved matters to the concerned department
Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate with First Division (60% and above) in Class 10, 12, and Graduation
Excellent written and spoken English
Hands-on experience with tools like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar platforms
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Willingness to work in night shifts (U.S. hours)
Experience: Minimum 2 years or more in customer service, preferably in e-commerce
