CSR (Customer Service Representative) Back Office

Job Title: Back Office Executive / Customer Support Representative (CSR)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹8,000 – ₹14,000 per month

Work Timings: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM

Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan

Joining: Immediate

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and support customers for direct orders

• Maintain Google Sheets and other data records

• Follow-ups with customers/vendors as required

• Perform general back-office tasks and related work

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel

• Good communication skills (written & verbal)

• Ability to manage follow-ups and multitask

• Freshers can also apply
