Job Description:
1. Location: Airoli
2. Handling calls & Chats (Customer Service)
3. Need to handle queries related to US Customers.
4. Designation: CSA
5. Excellent communication skills needed
6. HSC/ Graduate with Minimum 6 Months Chat or Voice Experience.
7. Shift Timing 247 rotational shift
8. Week off-2 Rotational week off between Monday till Sunday
+. Salary upto : 30k in hand
Process : SHIELD (Retentions)
Shift Window : 24/7
Working Days : 5
Week Offs : Any two (Rotational week offs)
Location - Ghansoli
Graduate/Undergraduate with minimum 6months Inbound Voice Experience Mandatory
Voice Selects Only(Excellent Communication)
Salary upto30K Inhand depending on tehe last drawn package
Customer Service Voice
Work from home post training 45 days
System will be provided by the company

Shift timing: 24x7 rotational (Any + hours Shift) 5 working days with 2 rotational weekoff
