Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Manager. The CSR Manager will oversee the planning, development, and implementation of the company’s CSR initiatives and strategies. Responsibilities include designing and managing community engagement projects, analyzing their impact, coordinating with stakeholders, and leading efforts to uphold and promote the company’s social and environmental values. Additionally, the CSR Manager will focus on enhancing employee engagement initiatives aligned with organizational goals and social objectives.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated expertise in Corporate Social Responsibility and knowledge of developing impactful CSR initiatives.
• Strong Communication and Employee Engagement skills to build positive relationships with staff and external stakeholders.
• Proven ability in Project Management to plan, implement, and oversee various programs and campaigns effectively.
• Analytical Skills to evaluate the success and impact of CSR programs and create detailed reports for organizational improvement.
• Ability to inspire and drive a culture of social responsibility and environmental awareness within the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Business Administration, or related fields is preferred; experience in the beauty and personal care sector is a plus.
