We are hiring a Clinical Trial Assistant (CTA) to support global clinical trial operations for key oncology, cardiology, pulmonology, and immunology studies. The role is office‑based in Mumbai, India with responsibility for critical documentation, system management, and cross‑functional trial coordination.
What you will be doing
• Support global study teams with trial documentation, TMF maintenance, and compliance.
• Manage and update Veeva Vault, CTMS, and EDC systems.
• Assist in study start‑up, site document collection, and tracking.
• Coordinate meetings, minutes, training documentation, and trial communications.
• Track essential documents, milestones, and key study metrics.
• Liaise with internal teams, vendors, and site staff for timely deliverables.
• Maintain inspection‑ready documentation and support audits.
Your profile
• 1–2 years of experience as CTA in global trials.
• Strong understanding of clinical operations processes and GCP.
• Proficiency in Veeva Vault, CTMS, and EDC systems.
• CTT certification is required/preferred (depending on your need—can adjust).
• Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, structured environment.
