At the moment we are set out to solve home cooking. To achieve this, we have RIKU, our flagship product, which is a fully automatic, AI-assisted rice and curry maker. Other products in this ecosystem are Semi - A smart induction cooktop, A digital kitchen app and a Recipe platform. The perfect blend of hardware and software.

We are looking for a Culinary Intern who is passionate about the art of cooking and can geek out on the science behind it.
What you'll do:
• Understand our products and the problem that we are trying to solve.
• Create recipes for the digital platform and convert the human understandable recipes (Add a pinch of salt) to machine interpretable ones(2gms of salt).
• Test the recipes on our smart kitchen appliances and work closely with the product team to make improvements.
• Building and managing a community of chefs and educating them to be able to cook using our smart kitchen appliances.
Requirements
What we think you'll need to succeed in this role:
• College degree preferably specializing in hotel/restaurant management, food science or culinary arts, or equivalent experience is required.
• Passionate about the art of cooking and knowledge of the science behind it.
• Knowledge/operating experience of automatic or smart cooking appliances.
• Experience in writing recipes, either in physical or digital form.
• Ability to operate computer systems.
• Attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
