About the Role

To support our Our People & Culture team on specific projects, we are looking for People & Culture Data Analysts to join our vast community of solvers. The People & Culture brings our purpose to life by enhancing employee experience

You’ll help solve complex problems by using your skills in:

Analysis and problem-solving

Written and verbal communication

Statistical analysis and data modelling techniques.

Data management and reporting tools

In our People & Culture team, your impact will be seen by:

Analysing People & Culture data to identify trends, patterns, and insights to support strategic decision-making.

Developing, maintaining and securing dashboards and metrics to monitor and report on key performance indicators, building out insights to connect the People & Culture teams with the stories the data is telling.

Ensuring the accuracy and consistency of data across HR systems, performing regular audits and documentation review.

Working closely with other P&C teams to understand data needs and provide analytical support.

Identifying opportunities to streamline P&C processes through data-driven insights and automation.

Preparing and presenting data-driven reports to stakeholders.

Maintaining confidentiality and integrity of employee data.

Delivering timely and accurate data insights to inform People & Culture strategies.

Communicating complex data findings in a clear and actionable manner.

Proactively identifying opportunities to enhance data collection and analysis.

Staying updated with industry trends and best practices in People & Culture analytics.

More About You

You have excellent attention to detail and accuracy.

You are able to work independently and as part of a team.

You are able to interpret and present data insights to non-technical audiences.

You are able to observe the highest degree of confidentiality and ethical standards.

You have strong proficiency in data analysis and visualisation tools such as advanced Excel, SQL & PowerBI.

You have experience with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday).

The role is open to both Senior Associate and Associate grades
