Your Team and Role
Curriculum and Content department is budding, with a strong vision to provide holistic, SEL-driven, and subject-specific learning from Grades 1 - 10. Our learning frameworks and content are aligned with the NCERT learning outcomes, thus enabling schools and teachers across India to use our curriculum and technology with ease.
As a Manager/Sr.Manager, you own the entire lifecycle of the curriculum and content development, including but not limited to, defining projects’ scope, co-creating and ensuring highest quality of all curricular materials, enhancements of the products with constant feedback and collaboration with external stakeholders.

Curriculum and Content
Own the design and development of curricular, content, training, and allied materials as required by organization and business needs.
Create and ensure quality standards of all curricular and content materials, to meet organizational, stipulated national and curriculum standards as per the scope of work.
Conduct and keep abreast with research in pedagogy and learning systems.
Collaborate with external stakeholders such as subject matter experts, policymakers, curriculum developers, and other professionals to maintain recent knowledge and dialogue.
Projects & Progress
Create and execute project plans for curriculum and content development and management.
Establishes metrics to continuously review progress and report to the organization.
Manage a team of SMEs and Content Writers.
Establish project and team routines, maintain required project documentation.
Establish and maintain collaboration channels with cross-teams such as product, marketing, operations, etc. to gather feedback and enhance content.
To deliver and excel in this role, you will have
At least 8+ years of experience in leading curriculum and content teams, from conception to execution.
Designed and managed project(s) in curriculum & content, while managing teams.
Experience in creating content for school curriculum, and knowledge of pedagogy and learning systems as defined above.
At least an undergraduate degree, preferably in Education, Instructional Design, or allied subject-specific areas.
Experience and comfort with using Google Docs, MS Word, Excel, Slides, etc.
Exceptional ownership, clarity of thought and action, and ability to move things forward.
Please note: You would be required to bring your laptop updated with the latest MS Office suite.
