Curriculum and Lesson Plan Design & Development on Values, Life Skills & SEL for Children aged 3 yrs to 16 yrs (Delivered in Schools + Direct to Child)
· Events Design for Children, Parents &/or Teachers based on Values, Life Skills & SEL (Online/Offline)
· Impact Assessment of overall curriculum & content through fair, scientific & accurate methods
· Out Reach Content – Content for Program Proposals, Short Conference Stage Talks, Newsletters, Social Media Engagement, Brochures, Website, Emailers, etc.
· Content Management – Ensuring safe & structured storage of Proprietary content of Val-Ed.
· Team Management – Overseeing Recruitment & On-boarding of Content Developers, setting delivery expectations, Guidance & Mentoring, Coordinating & Collaborating with Consultants, Freelancers for timely and quality execution of projects.
Experience, Skills and Qualifications for this role:·
Post Graduate with a degree from recognised state/central/private university.
· Prior experience in designing curriculum & developing lesson plans for children & adults in educational institutions.
· Prior experience of leading a team of professionals in education industry for at least 3 years.
· Must have at least 2 year experience of working on projects in at least one of the following - Values Education/Life Skills Education/Well-Being/Social Emotional Learning/Character Education

Salary: ₹25,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
