Company Description Post creating two successful venture we are now eyeing on creating educational content for US and Canada students. Since September 2026, we have been teaching Math, English, Coding, and Music to learners in the United States and South Asia. In just four months, we have become one of the fastest-growing companies on marketplaces like Outschool, with a live teacher base of 40 educators. We are now establishing systems to support our founding team as part of our growth journey. Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Curriculum Developer - Game Based Learning at BrightR Club. The role involves designing and developing engaging and interactive game-based learning curriculum using Minecraft, Roblox, Scratch and similar platform. The Curriculum Developer will collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to create engaging learning experiences that align with educational objectives. Qualifications Curriculum Development and Instructional Design skills Strong Communication and Writing abilities Experience in Research Attention to detail and creativity in designing educational games Proficiency in digital learning technologies Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Experience in developing K-12 educational content is a plus Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field Platform/Language Knowledge : Minecraft Bedrock Edition Roblox Python Scratch
