LeapForWord is a product NGO committed to eliminating the single biggest bottleneck of Poor English Capabilities, which prohibits students of regional language communities from accessing Professional Education & better Employment Opportunities. Using our translation algorithm, we enable lakhs of teachers to teach English in their mother tongue and develop specific capabilities in their students, namely Reading, Comprehension & Sentence Structuring.

Where do you come in:
We are seeking a dedicated Content Writer to create and translate content for our
company’s products. This role involves analysing performance metrics to refine content
strategies and ensuring regular updates to our product-related materials. The ideal
candidate will adhere to editorial guidelines and collaborate closely with cross-functional
teams to produce engaging and accurate content.
Key responsibilities that you will have:
● Creating and curating content in accordance with the team lead's guidelines.
● Proofreading current content (both physical and digital formats) to find and correct errors.
● Creating multi-purpose communication messages in the local language.
● Keeping the content database up to date and maintained.
● Writing articles, requests, suggestions, and other documents in English and Marathi.
Key skills that we are looking for:
● A bachelor's degree with a specialization in Marathi or a closely related field is required.
● Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications (MS Word and Excel).
● Content management systems are something you should be familiar with
● Proficient in written & spoken English & Marathi.
● Excellent writing and editing abilities
● Ability to work in a fast-paced setting
● Good communication skills.
● Should possess team working and collaboration skills
● Applicants are supposed to know Marathi, Hindi and English.
