Roles and Responsibilities
• Help us achieve this mission by designing world-class curricula, assessments and lesson plans.
• Creating subject-specific, error-free content worksheets.
• Researching best practices and innovating new ways to enhance learning.
• Coaching and managing a team of developers for Overseeing Design and Storyline.
• Reviewing and providing feedback on content designed by developers to ensure that it is high quality and error-free.
• Setting clear goals for the team and ensuring achievement as per defined quality standards.
• Managing the project closely and ensuring the whole team delivers the product on time with quality.
• Liasoning with content writers to create lesson plans.
• Hiring content writers.
• Uploading lesson plan, illustrations, animations, scorms.
Requirements:
• 2-3 years of experience in developing content and lesson plans in a particular subject, including experience in teaching using that content or working closely with teachers to ensure quality delivery of that content.
• Experience in managing projects (goal-setting, monitoring, providing feedback, goal achievement).
• Graduate/PG degree
