Role - Curriculum Development Manager
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
● Create and review subjects‑specific, error‑free student course books, workbooks, differentiated worksheets, lesson plans, audiovisual content, and other teaching‑learning materials that work well in schools with limited resources.
● Research best practices—both global and local—and innovate new methods to enhance learning outcomes in LEAD partner schools.
● Develop content for at least two distinct products under the same subject umbrella, ensuring conceptual coherence and a consistent pedagogical approach across products.
EXPERIENCE
● Minimum 2.5 years of experience in developing and reviewing subject-specific content and lesson plans, including either teaching the content directly or supporting teachers to ensure its effective delivery.
● Graduation or Post Graduation in Mathematics / Social Studies / English
● Preliminary understanding of pedagogical tools and practices relevant to the subject of application.
● Broad understanding of the National Curriculum Framework (NCF) 2023 and its implications for classroom practice.
● Familiarity with curricular goals aligned with CBSE and NCERT standards.
● Prior experience working with teachers from schools with limited resources is preferred, though not mandatory.

Role - Senior Curriculum Architect
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
● Design subject-specific curriculum & content for both teachers and students, ensuring it’s comprehensive and pedagogically sound.
● Ensure error-free materials, from curriculum outlines to end-user content.
● Create example lesson plans that serve as benchmarks for Curriculum Development Managers.
● Define design principles and documentation to guide consistency across the subject team.
● Research and innovate—stay updated on best practices and infuse new strategies to elevate learning outcomes in LEAD partner schools.
● Review and provide feedback on content created by Curriculum Development Managers to maintain high quality and accuracy.
● Coach and build capability within the team—guide Curriculum Development Managers in their professional growth.
● Collaborate with design teams to translate curriculum into engaging books, AV materials, and teacher resources.
EXPERIENCE
● 5–6 years of experience in developing subject-specific content and lesson plans.
● Hands-on experience in teaching using that content—or working closely with teachers—to ensure quality delivery.
● Required degree: Graduation or Post Graduation in Mathematics / Social Studies / English ● Mandatory specialization: Early Childhood Development (crucial for pre‑primary content creation). COMPETENCIES REQUIRED
