Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
• Perform regular inspections to monitor quality and safety standards, implementing corrective measures as needed.
• Understand and manage employee assignments and schedules to ensure optimal coverage.
• Provide ongoing training and support, following established training protocols.
• Uphold departmental policies, supervise daily tasks, and manage any counseling or disciplinary actions.
• Cultivate and maintain positive interpersonal relationships with staff, clients, and management.
• Oversee special projects and onboard new or on-call employees.
• Audit keys, pagers, and payroll information daily.
• Effectively communicate any challenges related to projects, maintenance, or cleaning for prompt resolution.
• Manage supply inventories and distribute equipment as required.
• Monitor the performance of cleaning equipment, reporting any necessary repairs or replacements.
• Participate in employee evaluations, providing insights and recommendations on performance ratings.
• Identify and report necessary repairs for furniture or other building features.
• Assist with custodial tasks as needed.
• Provide operational support during emergencies, severe weather, or critical situations.
Qualifications:
• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Ability to lift, lower, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs unassisted.
• Physical capability to stand, climb, bend, and crouch for extended periods.
• Ability to establish and maintain excellent relationships with customers and coworkers in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to follow instructions.
• Bi-lingual candidates preferred (English and Spanish).
• Proven customer service skills, attention to detail, and interpersonal abilities.
