• Develop a deep understanding of clients' businesses, industry trends, and market dynamics to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure seamless delivery of products and exceed client expectations.
• Keep abreast of competitor activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts, track key performance indicators, and provide regular updates to management.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office suite.
