What you will be doing:
Manage and support existing dealer relationships throughout the territory while identifying opportunities for continued growth and strategic dealer development
Coordinate with internal technical, operations, customer service, and logistics teams to resolve dealer concerns efficiently
Assist with warranty claims, RGA (Return Goods Authorization) processes, and product issue resolution
Ensure warranty and return requests are handled professionally, accurately and in a timely manner
Assist in communicating product updates, installation best practices, and technical resources to dealer partners

What you need:
Bachelor’s degree in business, business management, marketing, engineering technology, or a related field (preferred).
3+ years of experience in account management, territory sales, dealer support, business development and customer relationship management
