1. Handling customer complaints and queries
2. Responding to customer inquiries promptly in fluent English
3. Ensuring a good experience for our customers
4. Obtaining and evaluating all relevant information to handle product and service inquiries
5. Comfortable with calling to customers
6. Comfortable with night shift
