Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new customers through inbound and outbound calling.
Contact existing and prospective clients to promote and encourage the purchase of our products.
Maintain and update business databases with customer information and sales activities.
Communicate effectively with clients, providing excellent customer service and support.
Collaborate with team members to strategize and implement customer acquisition plans.
Candidate Requirements:
Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience in any industry.
Education: Any graduate preferred.
Skills:
Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
Fluent in Local Language as well as English.
Presentable and comfortable in handling calls with potential customers.
Self-driven with a proactive attitude.
Equipment: Candidates must have their own laptop.
Additional Info: A company SIM will be provided for work-related calls.
