YOUR ROLE

As a Customer & Technical Services Administrator at GRC Surgical, you will facilitate the delivery of optimum service to our customers by supporting The Operations, Customer Service & Technical Services Administration Manager and sales team with order entry, general sales administration, finance, operational and technical support services in GRC.

Key responsibilities:

Ensure timely and efficient processing of customer orders and enquiries.
Resolve customer issues and challenges, including technical inspections and service.
Work with the sales team to support backorder management and ETAs, keeping the team updated on any service or delivery issues and customer feedback.
Assist with the setup of new customers in the system, data entry, invoicing, and financial reports when required. Support inventory and stock take.
Support and maintain control of GRC Assets – Loan/Demo/FA management database.
