Salary : 25 K CTC
Location : Electronic city, Bangalore.
Roles & Responsibilities :
Answer customer calls promptly and professionally.
Address inquiries related to products, services, billing, or technical issues.
Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently.
Call customers for feedback, follow-ups, or promotional purposes.
Confirm orders, appointments, or service-related information.
Handle complaints calmly and empathetically.
Escalate unresolved issues to supervisors or concerned departments.
Ensure follow-up until the issue is resolved.
Accurately log customer interactions in CRM systems.
