Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Customer Assistant.
No two shifts are the same, with varied tasks such as restocking shelves, operating tills, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized.
You will work closely with colleagues to provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries and requests in a friendly and approachable manner.
In return, we offer a competitive hourly rate, with an additional £2.00 per hour for bank holidays and £3.50 per hour for nights, plus a generous benefits package including 30-35 days' holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount, and pension scheme.
Key Responsibilities
Be a Lidl expert, helping customers with their questions and queries
Efficiently process deliveries as they arrive in store
Provide excellent customer service
Proactively maintain the bakery by baking fresh goods
Expertly merchandise and maintain Non-Food products
Requirements
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
