Client: US Based Bank – Credit Card / Retail Banking/Fraud
Location: Thane / Malad (Mumbai)
About the Role:
Join MNC as part of the Credit Card / Retail Banking Voice Process for US Based Bank. This role involves handling customer queries related to credit cards, providing accurate information, and ensuring excellent customer service for US-based customers.
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle inbound/outbound calls for JPMC Bank’s credit card customers.
• Assist with card activations, billing queries, transactions, payments, and dispute resolution.
• Ensure compliance with process guidelines and US banking standards.
• Deliver empathetic, professional, and customer-focused support.
• Achieve defined KPIs such as CSAT, AHT, and Quality.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Education: HSC Pass / Graduate.
• Minimum 06 months of experience in Customer Service (Voice Process) required.
• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory).
• Comfortable working in US Rotational Shifts (Night Shifts).
• Relieving letter from last organization is mandatory.
• UAN-based background verification will be conducted.
Salary & Benefits:
• Salary: Up to ₹35,000 In-hand + Incentives/OT.
• 5 Days Working (Rotational Shifts & Offs).
