We are currently seeking a part-time Customer CARe Advisor to join our brand new site in Caboolture. Don’t miss this opportunity to join Australia’s fastest growing, privately owned automotive repair network.
The Customer CARe Advisor will be the point of contact with the customer and share the responsibility for guiding them through the end to end repair experience.

About the role:
Be the point of contact for our customers, providing friendly and efficient service throughout their repair journey.
Collaborate with internal teams and liaise with insurance companies to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
Resolve customer enquiries and concerns in person and via phone with a high degree of professionalism.
Monitor and update the bookings to meet business needs and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Hours of work: Mon - Fri, 12.30 pm - 5.00 pm
About You:
Strong communication skills with a customer-first attitude.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
IT literacy and competency, with the ability to quickly learn and navigate different software systems.
Familiarity with automotive insurance claims, valet experience or Customer Service Dealership experience will be highly desirable.
A team player who is ready to contribute to our positive work environment.
Must be a Permanent Resident or have appropriate Australian working rights.
