About the you:
Are you a customer service superstar looking to join a dynamic team base in the CBD?

We have an exciting opportunity for a Customer Care Specialist to join our Customer Care team in Auckland.

We are looking for a self-motivated person, who can work autonomously, has good computer skills, and previous customer service/control room experience.

To succeed in this role, you are someone who knows what good customer service is and how to deliver it. You will have an excellent phone manner with written and verbal skills to match, the ability to problem- solve and produce a quick solution will be key.

You can keep calm in all situations but above all, you are a passionate team player who takes pride in delivering a memorable experience to our customers.



About the Role:

Effectively addressing and resolving customer complaints, problems, and technical glitches related to parking facilities, access cards, payments, and any other issues that may arise.
Managing access to parking facilities, including issuing and deactivating access cards, explaining access procedures, and troubleshooting any access-related difficulties.
Providing customers with clear directions to parking facilities, helping them locate available spaces, and offering guidance on optimal parking choices.
Collaborating with other teams within the company, such as operations and maintenance, to ensure the parking facilities are well-maintained, safe, and properly functioning.
Identifying inefficiencies in customer service processes, proposing enhancements, and contributing to the continuous improvement of customer care procedures.
Ensuring that every customer interaction is friendly, empathetic, and focused on delivering a positive experience that reflects positively on the company's reputation.


You will Ideally Have:

Excellent Communication Skills: Clear, empathetic, and effective communication, both written and verbal, is crucial for understanding customer needs, conveying information, and resolving issues.
Customer-Centric Attitude: A genuine desire to assist customers and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure their satisfaction are essential traits for this role.
Problem-Solving Abilities: The ability to analyze situations, identify issues, and offer timely and effective solutions is key to addressing customer concerns and maintaining positive experiences.
Patience and Empathy: Dealing with frustrated or upset customers requires patience, empathy, and the ability to remain calm while addressing their concerns.
Positive Attitude: A positive and optimistic demeanor helps create a welcoming atmosphere for customers and
