1. Customer Service
• The host has to approach Customers with a smile, greet him cheerfully and understand his needs empathetically.
• He/ She has to listen actively all queries and objections of the customer and handle them efficiently to the satisfaction of the customer.
• The host has to religiously obtain customer’s valued feedback and data in the prescribed format.
• The host has to maintain customer database with product details in the follow up register.
• The role involves writing down customers’ requirement, which may not be available and ensure availability of such stock and give immediate feedback to the customers.
• The role includes listening actively to all Customer Queries, Suggestions, Grievance and Complaints and redressing them effectively.
• The host has to deal effectively with angry or discourteous Customers in a polite, but firm manner.
• The host has to develop and retain loyal customers by developing effective relations and maintaining their database and being in touch.
• Exit interview of the customers who have not purchased and share feedback with the SM.

Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
