Position: Senior Technical Sales Support
Qualification: - Any UG Graduation ( Electronics & Communication / Electrical / Electronics degree is a Plus )
Experience:- 2-4(Experience of 2-4 years as Sales / Sales Support Executive / Back Office is a plus)
Location:- Ahmedabad
Department:- Sales & Marketing
Timings:- 9 AM to 6:15 PM
Salary :3.60 LPA (Incl Stat benefits)
Job Responsibilities
Provide Pre-sales technical assistance, services and products education.
Work on sales support services and provide technical and commercial back up as required.
Support marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events.
Generate and process new sales leads, inquiries and purchase orders as necessary.
Answer Emails, Phone calls and chats from customers and deal with queries as they arise.
Follow up with customers to make sure that they are satisfied with a particular product or service.
Exerts attention to detail, as customers may have the same problems; reports the problems as necessary.
Deal with any customer complaints and resolves the issue as necessary
Persuade customers that a product or service best satisfies their needs in terms of quality, price and delivery
Provides hands-on support of customer care initiatives such as automated provisioning, online billing, order tracking, and detailed account management.
Solicit cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within the customer care experience.
Take the extra mile to engage the customer
Work with your team members to facilitate calls, manage workflow and minimize hold times throughout the sales process.
Facilitate the entire sales process from the initiation of the original call through finalization of account set-up for each customer you speak with.
Mediate conflict in situations where customers are disgruntled or seeking recompense, and provide solutions that reestablish credibility and maintain business but effectively benefit the customer.
Collaborate with other team members to identify improvements to product offerings, sales education, marketing strategies and other business-related topics.
Manage certain key customer accounts in tandem with the Team Leader.
Manage customized offers, customer grievance, and outbound activities to grow customer engagement and interaction.
