This role involves taking responsibility to ensure our customers receive what they need, in a busy but fun company that has its heart set on doing what's best for our customers.

In this role, you'll be responsible for customer functions including processing customer orders, quotations, dealing with enquiries and supporting our sales team - as well as taking on new challenges as they arise.

To be considered a strong contender for this position you will need:

Proven Customer Service experience, ideally in a business-to-business environment
Experience working to deadlines, while managing multiple tasks
An eye for detail and a high level of accuracy
A strong ability to learn new software packages
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
To show you thrive on being accountable and can keep calm under pressure
An interest in learning new skills and being keen to "step up" when required
